Kathleen Clifford

Kathleen has been a Top Producing Realtor since 2001. She started with Frank Howard Allen in Greenbrae and is currently with Morgan Lane. In her first years with Frank Howard Allen, she attained the coveted "Rookie of the Year" award, as well as entering the "Chairmen's Circle of Excellence", which marks the highest level of production for the company. It was the first time in the history of Frank Howard Allen that this feat was achieved. Since that time, Kathleen has consistently ranked as one of the top performers in the company as well as in all of Marin County.

As a former sales and marketing executive and business owner, Kathleen brings over two decades of experience to her real estate business. Her sincere commitment to her clients, her passion for selling real estate, her tenacity in negotiating the best deals and her attention to detail set her apart. Kathleen is a native San Franciscan and a Cal graduate. She has lived in Mill Valley since 1997 with her husband and two children. She is an active supporter of Kiddo! and many kids sports teams. Kathleen enjoys cooking, skiing, tennis, running and exploring the California outdoors and wine country.

Jim King

Jim has lived in Marin for over 25 years. He has a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. Over the years, he has collected numerous top producer awards.

In addition to Jim's many years as a successful residential real estate agent, he has six years of experience in the commercial real estate field with Grubb & Ellis Co., six years of experience in the commercial real estate appraisal field with Arthur Gimmy International, and over eighteen years of experience personally investing in real estate.

Besides Jim's obvious passion for real estate, he is well known for his strong negotiating skills, attention to detail, and commitment to clients. He is dedicated to making his clients’ real estate dreams come true.

Jim and his family have lived in Mill Valley since 1983. His three children have attended local schools and he is an active parent and member of the community.

Chris Glave

Chris grew up in Santa Barbara, attended UCSB and has a background in Marketing and Advertising. For 21 years, Chris has been an active member of the Mill Valley community, participating in a variety of local activities and events. Chris is also the proud father of two wonderful children, Dylan and Allie, and has always been supportive of Marin County schools. Chris’s approach to real estate begins with listening and understanding his clients’ interests, then applying nineteen years of top performing experience to achieve the desired results.
