House Properties has been specializing in the acquisition and development of real estate since 1989. Since that time HP has purchased, financed, and sold over $350 million in real estate on behalf of its investors and principals. HP has owned approximately five million square feet of land and real estate, most of which has required new development, rezoning, repositioning, and/or building rehabilitation.

R. Mike House - Southern Marin Resident

Mike House is a Founder and Principal of House Properties, a private real estate investment company established to acquire and develop or reposition commercial, residential, retail, and industrial real estate. Mike has over 20 years of experience in all facets of the real estate business, including acquisitions, asset management, joint ventures, lending, brokerage, participating mortgages, development, land entitlement and re-zoning, and banking. This experience also crosses various asset classes, including single family residential, multi-family dwellings, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and hotels.

Throughout his career, Mike has completed real estate transactions in excess of $350 million. This vast experience has enabled Mike to develop an extensive deal flow network of brokers, real estate owners, appraisers, bankers, attorneys, accountants, architects, entrepreneurs, contractors, as well as private and public real estate groups.

Prior to starting House Properties, Mike completed Union Bank's Uniform Credit Training Program, where he specialized in Commercial Real Estate Lending. Mike earned his Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University in 1987 and graduated from the University of Southern California in 1985 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate Finance. Mike is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Skyline Pacific Properties

Skyline Pacific Properties is a private real estate firm that has completed over $1.5 billion dollars in commercial property transactions. The firm currently owns a portfolio valued at approximately $300 million. Their transaction history includes single properties with individuals, development opportunities, portfolio sale-leasebacks with private and public companies, as well as joint venture projects.

Rick Ronald - Southern Marin Resident

Rick is one of the Founders and Partners of Skyline Pacific Properties. Rick became a licensed California Real Estate Sales Agent and joined Grubb & Ellis Company as an investment and industrial broker. He worked with Grubb & Ellis leasing and selling industrial property from 1985 to 1995.

In 1990, Mr. Ronald received his California Real Estate Broker's License and in 1992, he earned his CCIM designation. Richard C. Ronald earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley's School of Business Administration with emphases in Finance and Real Estate in 1985.
